Late Arrival Policy
Please read below for our Late Arrival Policy.
Effective Wednesday, December 14, 2022 – Any client that arrives more than 10 minutes past their pet’s scheduled appointment time will be subject to rescheduling. Being on time for the appointment allows us to adequately treat your pet and spend ample time with you to address any concerns about your pet that have emerged. Late arrivals create a “snowball” effect for us, which means that we subsequently end up running behind for the appointments that are scheduled after your pet. We highly value each client’s time and need to remain respectful of that. We do truly understand that there are times where there are unforeseen circumstances that prompts this to happen but this standard policy applies to our whole client base and will be upheld in full.
We do ask if you will be late for your pet’s appointment, that you reach out to let us know.
