To Our Fabulous Clients, Friends, and Furry Family Members of BCVH,

The COVID-19 pandemic has been keeping us on our toes both at home and at the veterinary clinic.  Each day brings us more information and our primary concerns are the health and safety of our staff and of all of you.  Thankfully, veterinary medicine remains an essential business and we will continue operating accordingly. We are appreciative for your continued support and patience as we navigate these changes and try to make things

BCVH will be open for primarily medical/sick pets and necessary wellness appointments (i.e. vaccines that affect the health of our pets).  These appointments will be drop-off appointments and will be staggered between a.m. drop-offs and p.m. drop-offs. A drop off time will be established with our CSR’s when we call to confirm your appointment. We are requiring the majority of sick pets to be dropped off in the morning so that our veterinarians have time to do a thorough work-up. We will have a limited amount of curbside tech appointments for ESSENTIAL appointments such as blood work for systemic medication and vaccine boosters that are time-sensitive. We are continuing curbside service for prescription/food pick up. We realize that the time to drop-off can vary and some of you may be categorized as essential employees as well and need to head to work. To save time for your drop-off, you are welcome to download and answer our pre-drop off questions from our website here: https://bristolcountyvet.com/forms/

In addition to the online forms, we have two App options to help you communicate with us moving forward.  The PetDesk App and Airvet App can be downloaded at the App Store or Google Play if you have not done so yet.

  1. Our PetDesk app gives you the ability to communicate with us during open hours via 2-way text messaging.
  2. We now offer telemedicine via the Airvet App for a small nominal fee.  You can choose to speak with “My Vet” and one of us will take the call during office hours when possible.  You also have access to speak with a network veterinarian when we are closed if you need immediate assistance or use the “My Vet” and we will respond the next day.

If you are in need of products or food, we are continuing curbside pick-up.  If you prefer not to leave your home, our Online Store powered by VetSource is available for home delivery and there is an option for Auto Shipment.  This is a great option to ensure the delivery of food in a timely fashion. The link for our online store is: https://bristolcountyvethospital3.securevetsource.com/site/view/188000_HomeDelivery.pml?retUrl=https://bristolcountyvet.com/

Please stay safe through these times and know that we are still here to serve you to the best of our ability.
