We currently offer boarding for our existing clients, with separate accommodations for dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds, and pocket pets. Our guests receive one-on-one care and attention throughout their stay, including meal time, and during walks and play. All boarding facilities and bedding are cleaned and changed daily to ensure your pet(s) is comfortable.
All of our pet guests are examined by one of our Veterinarians each day (except when closed to the public on Sundays). Our veterinary technicians are trained to recognize the signs of pet illness and follow protocols to ensure the appropriate medical care is promptly provided. You will be contacted if a medical need should arise. With your permission, we will also send you updates and or a picture of your pet(s) via text, email, and or phone every other day.
Including the care indicated above, if your pet requires medical observation and or administration of medications, our veterinary staff will ensure that their medical treatments and health is tended to. In addition, our veterinary team is available to address any medical concerns and or problems during our regular business hours, should they arise. This includes care for disabled, geriatric, diabetic and post surgery pets.
We also offer Intensive Medical Boarding for pets requiring a greater degree of care, including care for those pets that need to be quarantined or isolated temporarily from other pets and or humans in the household for medical reasons.
You may schedule additional services for your pet during its stay – including a physical exam, a medical or surgical procedure such as a spay, neuter, and dental. You may also request a bath and or nail trim during your pet’s stay.
We require that all dogs and cats be current on the following vaccinations:
No exam or appointment is required if a physical exam was performed by one of our veterinarians within the past 6-12 months.
Vaccinations must be given at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Vaccinations given less than 7 days or vaccinations given for the first time that require a booster will not provide your pet the best protection.
If your pet has been vaccinated at another facility, we must have a copy of the current vaccination record in our file prior to check-in day. It is your responsibility to make sure your previous veterinarian has faxed this record to us and that we have received it.
Boarding services are provided by reservation only. Drop Off and Pick Up are Monday through Saturday only. Please feel free to contact our hospital and speak to one of our veterinary staff members with any questions.
